dermo - roller is a professional device for microneedle mesotherapy, which is one of the alternatives to laser treatments and plastic surgery, as well as deep chemical peels. is an innovative way to regenerate and rebuild the skin. dermo roller activ is a roller covered with thin, titanium micro-needles with a length of 0.25mm to 2.0mm, which in 5 minutes make nearly 250,000 microneedles on the skin. due to the fact that they are made of titanium and not surgical steel, they are extremely thin like a human hair and thus actually stick into the skin. the precision of making titanium needles guarantees safety and comfort during the procedure. each roller's head is equipped with 192 titanium needles.

derma roller produces microscopic size in the skin tubules, the so-called microdamages resulting in increased production of collagen and elastin, which makes the skin age slower. thanks to the microperforation of the outer layers of the skin, the active ingredients reach much deeper than during the daily application of cosmetics. after applying active substances to the skin, only .03% to 3% of the substances are transported to the skin. after using the derma roller, the active substances are absorbed by 3000% more. skin stimulation is gentle, so that the reproductive cells of the skin and blood vessels remain undamaged.

after the first treatment your skin will be tighter and stronger. after intensive therapy, you can get firmer and younger skin. the effect is fully visible after 24 hours. the number of treatments that must be performed for maximum effect depends on the individual condition of the skin. 

treatments should be performed after anesthesia with emla ointment, according to the client's feelings. one should take into account the appearance of droplet bleeding on the surface of the skin and the formation of scabs. after each treatment, the roller should be washed under running water and disinfected, also before the procedure, the roller should be disinfected e.g. with ahd. the treatment can be performed with saline.
