The treatment begins with a cleansing shampoo to open the hair cuticles and prepare the strands for conditioning. Use a soft towel to absorb water from the hair and keep it wet at 20%. Blow-dry the hair if necessary. Hair Btx is then applied to the strands by massaging it from roots (1-2 cm from the scalp) to tips and brush the hair gently with a wide-tooth comb to work the product through the strands. Apply the excess of the product left on the brush back on the hair. PreNano Btx should always be applied in excess so that the strands will not dry out.

The treatment is left on the hair for a while, usually between 30 - 40 minutes. To shorten the processing time, use a hairdressing tool to deeply heal damaged hair (e.g., Ultrasonic Infrared Straightener or Photon Laser). In this case, section the hair into thin strands and run the tool over a single thin piece of hair 4 -5 passes.

You should rinse the product out with cooler water to seal the product into the hair, next start the hair straightening treatment (e.g., Nanoplasty or Golden Professional Protein Straightening). Otherwise, apply a Diana Core Mask to the middle part of each section, work the conditioner toward the ends of your hair. Don't apply the mask to sopping-wet hair. Leave on for 10 minutes, rinse out, and dry as usual.

If you do not have the Ultrasonic Infrared Straightener/ Photon Laser, you can use a hairdressing cap or infrazone hood hairdryer. In this case, you should leave the PreNano B-tox on for 40 - 50 min.

Once your client has had a Btx treatment done, they need to take special care of the hair to make sure that the results will last as long as possible. To maintain the effect of the treatment, sulfate-free and paraben-free shampoo and conditioner should be used that is included in the Diana Core line. Hair Btx is a thermo-active treatment, thus the hair should be blow-dried after washing to activate ingredients by the heat. After toweling off wet hair, set a dryer on medium heat. After they have dried, blow cold air on them for a few minutes using the hairdryer.
