Shipping and Delivery

1. Shipping in the Netherlands:

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 15:00 are shipped the same day.
Orders placed on Friday after 15:00 are shipped on Monday, with delivery occurring on Tuesday.
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €100.

2. International Shipping:

We deliver parcels through DPD and DHL carriers.
Delivery time to Belgium, Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, and Luxembourg is 1-2 working days.
Shipping outside the EU and delivery time are dependent on the carrier, who will provide an approximate delivery time after customs clearance.
Please note that Diana Beauty & Creative is not responsible for any customs duties and other charges that customers must cover for deliveries outside the European Union.
We do not ship to the UK and Poland. Additional taxes and customs charges may apply for international orders.

Delivery Options and Policy:

If you are not at home during delivery, the courier will leave a message allowing you to reschedule.
If delivery is not possible, the package will be delivered to the nearest DPD or DHL pickup point.

Package Tracking:

After shipment, you will receive a tracking code from us and the courier company.
Registered customers will find the tracking code in their account on the site.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipping and providing the tracking number.
In case of package loss, we initiate an investigation with DPD. In such cases, package insurance is effective.

Check the package in the presence of the courier, the tape must not be broken, and the package must not be damaged. If the security tape is broken or the package is damaged, write a damage report with the courier (every courier has one), and then the matter will be forwarded to the carrier. If you accept the package with broken security tape or a damaged package, you confirm that the products have arrived complete and undamaged - you cannot then request a refund if products are missing or damaged

Returns

Return Process:

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in a condition suitable for further sale.

Return Policy:

Include the invoice or other shipping information with the return.
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
You are only responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a physical store.

Official Journal of the European Union 22.11.2011 (PL L 304/84):
If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive a refund of all payments made to that point, including delivery costs, within 7 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract if the goods reach our warehouse in good condition.
If you refuse to accept the order or do not pick it up at the pickup point and want to cancel the entire order, we will charge a return fee of €6.50. We will deduct the return costs from the refund of the order amount. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such a refund. We may wait to refund until we receive the goods back and check that they have not been used.

Return Instructions:

To return, include the invoice or other shipping information. The cost of the return is covered by the customer.

Warranty on Devices:

We offer a 1-year warranty on electrical devices, including NanoStraightener and Ultrasonic Infrared Hair Straightener.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from unintentional action or improper use.
The warranty is void if repairs are carried out by third parties.

Changes to Shipping Address:

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the shipping address after placing an order.
Address changes are only possible before the order is processed.

Additional Information:

Shipping insurance covers cases of loss or damage to the shipment (DPD).
Shipments are carefully secured to avoid damage in transport, with proper cartoning and air cushions resistant to shocks and impacts.
Note that for international trade outside the Netherlands and in the B2B system, it is possible to receive 0% VAT invoices. In this case, you must enter your company's tax number very precisely during order processing or account creation. The system that verifies the data is VIES, which is very sensitive to changes.
